Editor and account support
Tell us which effect you used, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include your browser, device, and any error message. For an account question, contact us from the email address associated with your account where possible.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment card details, or private source images. Share only the information needed to explain the problem.
Privacy requests
Use “Privacy request” in the subject line and describe the information or activity your request concerns. We may ask for enough information to verify your relationship to the account or request. See our Privacy Policy for information about browser storage and website analytics.
Copyright and other rights
Use “Rights concern” in the subject line. Identify the material, its exact page URL, the rights you hold or represent, and the action you are requesting. Include a way to contact you. We will review the information and may ask for clarification.
Corrections and feedback
If a page is unclear or inaccurate, send its URL and your suggested correction. For a technical issue, simple steps that reproduce it are especially helpful.
